It appears to be a good program and I intend to use it in my business and practice. One of the problems that I see is that there should be clearer explanations for some of the fields.

Honestly- it is not straigth forward tool- you need to spend time and learn how to use it so it is not exceptionally user friendly.
I found SignNow very complex!

I needed this program badly, just in the time for distance learning because of the Corona Virus. It was easy to navigate through and use. My only wish is that I would have found this program years earlier! I will update my rating to include the student (recipient) experience of pdfFiller after they return their first homework assignment.

I made the mistake of subscribing to a year subscription with annual price due at sign on. I only wanted to test the site and see if it was right for me. I noticed within a few hours what I had done when I checked my banking account. I got online with their live chat support. I talked to someone named Sam and within 5 minutes, Sam had fixed my account to only a month subscription, refunded me all my money minus the monthly subscription. My mistake, Sam fixed immediately and was so nice and helpful. Great customer support!

LOVE THIS AND LOVE CUSTOMER SERVICE
PDF.Filler is definitely a MUST in todays world especially with more and more companies working from home, I don't see how anyone could live without this. It makes forms and fillable documents, signature request documents, so very convenient, easy. It's super user friendly as well, I love it. Also the staff super helpful. Simon and Rachel were super great and on it, they both got right back to me within seconds and assisted me with knowledgeable kind and quick service and I appreciate that a lot as well in a company. How do I inside the menu bar?
Press the F10 key if the command bar is hidden. This will restore access to the View command, which gives you the ability to inside any third-party toolbars. Click View and then click Toolbars. Click to place a checkmark next to the toolbar you want to inside.
How do I get my menu bar back?
Right-click empty toolbar area → Customize. “3-bar” menu button → Customize. View → Toolbars. *you can tap the Alt key or press the F10 key to show the hidden Menu Bar temporarily.
