I don't like that you have to hard return on open spaces or the text goes off the page. I don't like how there is not any guidance on the cursor in pre-developed forms-there should at least be a grid view option. I do like how clean it looks and intuitive it is to use.

Just needed access to a quick fillable PDF for SOAP notes when my office management software with builtin SOAP notes crashed. It is filling a need for the moment, doubtful I will continue. It seems like a nice program but the diagram on the SOAP notes is too cumbersome to mark with the given symbols on the chart as, so far, I have seen no way to actually mark the figure on the chart with the same symbols electronically. There are some symbols available, like the check, circle and line but they are not like the ones on the actual symbol chart. If there was a more expedient way to use those same symbols I might actually be very interested in using this.

What do you like best?
Huge time saver because we spend a great deal of time filling out forms, and we fill out the same forms with the same info year after year, and pdffiller keeps it for us and all we have to do is change the date.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. It's an odd process, fill in your forms, hit this button, then hit that button, and then go find the finished product in your downloads. I would prefer to specify where it goes and rename it before it goes there.

If you are an insurance agent that uses Acord forms, this is for you.

This definitely saves me money because it save my staff huge amounts of time. Everything is now done digitally, so we need our forms in a digital format that we can save from year to year and change information in the forms at will.

A very useful tool for paperless office work. It helps me to save paper and electricity by not using physical papers for my office documents. I do most of my office work online only with the help of this software. It allows me to get e-signatures on my office documents. Being a cloud based program it allows me do all my pdf related work online only. I don't find auto save feature in this application. I had to lose my unsaved work many time when I closed my system accidentally.

A very useful tool for PDFs Very good experience. In my beginnings I had a little trouble but everything came very quickly. I mainly use it for my professional paperwork with the administrations when I need to edit some files and sometimes I use it to sign. Not only do we save paper but also if we don't have a printer or are on a mobile or the tablet one can use this application. It's great ! Multiple features, easy and practice of use, especially for the modification of documents. One thing to take into account is that pdfFiller is not easy for one who doesn't know more about this kind of software. Slight bugs sometimes but otherwise nothing to report on the software.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Almost any mail merge will work better if you use IF fields, as the frequently used scenarios discussed below attempt to illustrate. At their simplest, they can be used to suppress unwanted spaces and commas in an address, if a field is blank.
A merge field is where you want to insert the information from a data source into a main document. Merge fields appear with chevrons (« ») around them. An example would be: Dear «FirstName». Address Block. A group of merge fields that make up an address in a mail merge document.
A merge field is a field you can put in an email template, mail merge template, custom link, or formula to incorporate values from a record.
Adding Simple Merge Fields In the Insert tab, click Quick Parts and then Field…. Under Categories, select (All). Under Field names, select MergeField. Type the name of the merge field under Field name.
Mail Merge is a handy feature that incorporates data from both Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel and allows you to create multiple documents at once, such as letters, saving you the time and effort of retyping the same letter over and over.
