Well I paid for the year then could not access a file I did the same day. Then I sent my accountant a file via attachment since he says "not technical" & could not open it in pdfiller file, so I sent as attachment so he could complete but he could not so he wrote it in now I have to complete it & paying him the same.

This program makes it so easy to fill out any PDF. It really helps in our office for everything to appear highly professional.
It is taking me awhile to learn this software, but I think that once I master it that it will be very helpful in our office.

The products are awesome and have been essential to the success of my business!
The forms are very easy to access and to use. The ability to have access to such a variety of forms especially IRS forms. The freedom of use to so many forms and the ability to upload your own created forms far exceeds so many other products that have so many limitations on the use of their products.
My only complaint is that sometimes it is a little difficult to find certain forms that you are looking for but it is usually remedied rather quickly.

Very pleased with the customer care
I was new to using pdf filler and had a small technical issue with text auto deleting, so I hopped onto the chat where Sam helped fix the issue using screen share via a Zoom call, he kept me informed of what he was doing and the issue was resolved quickly. Rotate or flip an image Rotate an image: Select the image, then click. (or use the Touch Bar) to rotate the image to the left. Continue clicking to keep rotating. With the image open in the editor, switch to the “Tools” tab in the bottom bar. A bunch of photo editing tools will appear. The one that we want is “Rotate.” Now tap the flip icon in the bottom bar.
