So far so good. Easy to use anywhere since it is web based and I don't have to worry about which computer I'm using, whether at home, office, or other.

Fast and great service. Program was great but we didn't really have use for it. We forgot to cancel after our trial and was charged. Totally our fault. I contacted them and they handled this immediately. Talk about fast service. 😊 Thanks again.

How do you record foreign currency transactions?

How do I record foreign currency transactions in QuickBooks?
Go to the Lists menu, then Chart of Accounts. In the Chart of Accounts, right-click anywhere and select New. Choose the appropriate account Type and assign a name. Select Save & Close.
How do you account for foreign exchange gains and losses?
The first conversion occurs when you create or receive the invoice, the second on the date the accounting period ends and the third when you settle the invoice. If the exchange rate changes between the conversion dates, you'll record the difference as a foreign currency transaction gain or loss.
