Everything is wonderful
Everything is wonderful, however with my bad eyes and being slow, i still say it is great.Sometime I have a little trouble moving from are moving to the area to get going to the PDF. It is not you it is me just a little slow. Can not see that good. I am good enough to get my job done.

Small business friendly

Excellent.
My current job is as freelance translator, and sometimes my customers send me the documents in PDF. for me, it's easier to work with WORD format.
You can convert any type of file into editable one.
In case of scanned PDF, it doesn't work.

The software if very intuitive. No wasted time trying to figure out how to use the software.

Drag & drop features and drop down menus work flawlessly. I can have a colleague use the software and not have to explain how to use it.
May be thatI haven't had time to really look at this, but I find that I have a lot of information in my main folder. Intuitive or simple organization structure would be nice. I'm usually in and out of there to get what I need done, but I did have to search a few times and thought I needed to clean up that home screen.

great product, "home" and "end" keyboard keys slightly buggy
All is great except that when im typing in a text box and click the "home" or "end" key on my keyboard it sends me to the beginning/end of the entire document instead of the beginning/end of the text box itself.

Is it better to sign a one year or two-year lease?
If you're confident that you'll stay in your new apartment for a while, consider signing a lease for a two-year term, if it's available. Although you'll lose the flexibility of being able to leave without breaking your lease after 12 months if things don't work out, committing to a two-year term has its benefits.
How long can you sign a lease for?
A lease period can be for as short or as long as the parties want, but leases commonly run for either 6 months, or 12 months. There is no fee for having a lease prepared. Before signing the lease the agent must give you the New Tenant Checklist. The Checklist can help you think about things before signing the lease.
How long can you wait to sign a lease?
Landlords should aim to sign a rental lease 30 days before the unit becomes vacant. As a landlord, your goal is to always have tenants in your rental property, so you are earning rental income.
Can you get out of a lease after signing?
While some jurisdictions may have provisions that allow consumers to change their minds with no consequences, generally there is no cooling-off period for leasing real property. Once the landlord and tenant sign a lease and a copy is delivered to the both parties, it becomes a valid contract.
Is it better to sign a longer lease?
Another benefit of a longer lease is the peace of mind. If you're willing to sign a two-year lease, you may be able to negotiate with the landlord for a lower monthly rent. After all, you're guaranteeing that rental income for two years, so the landlord doesn't have the risk of a vacancy during that period.
Does a lease expire?
Standard One-Year Lease Renewal After a standard one-year lease, most landlords will either let the lease expire, in which case it will default to a month to month rental agreement or have their tenant sign another lease.
Can you sign a 2-year lease in Florida?
Practice. Although landlords can use residential leases covering two-year terms, the common practice is to enter into a one-year agreement and extend or renew it after the lease expires for an additional one-year term. The Florida Statutes are silent as to the requirements of two-year leases.
