There's no instructions of what forms are available. I use two that I've researched and used but a listing of all forms and a more convenient method of printing would be helpful.

I'm learning it slowly. You cannot merge files in the app on ios. I need that. There are also a few hic-ups. Sometimes after a signature the screen gets disoriented and you have to go back to documents list and reopen. Sometimes after reopening some of the modifications are gone and you must re-enter. Some of these issues may be due to not being connected to internet. Overall it has helped me go paperless and I'm getting faster at filling out my documents using it. A few tweeks and it will be awesome.

Pratical and PDFfiller is a good option whenever you need to fill forms or edit a pdf file. The online version is also an advantage. If you don't use it a lot, the princing will be a little excessive to pay every month. A "pay as you go" or pay as you use.

I have to do alot of document changes in my scope of work. This was the easiest program I've used in the 28 years I've worked in the corporate world. It's everything I have always wished I had at any given point but all in one pretty little program. Usually, theres always one feature not thought of or you dont have the option for, I didnt feel that at anypoint. A lease is a contract between the owner and tenant that explains the terms for residing in the unit. Owners and tenants alike should be familiar with the provisions of the lease (when relevant, the applicable HUD model lease) so they can better understand their responsibilities under the lease.
In order to terminate tenancy, the tenant must provide the owner with a written 30-day notice to vacate the unit, as required by the HUD lease. NOTE: The regulations for RHS Section 515/8 properties permit either the tenant or the owner to terminate the lease with a 30-day written notice.
Section 8 Lease Agreement. Landlords renting to Section 8 tenants employ protocols similar to renting to unsubsidized renters.
