There's no instructions of what forms are available. I use two that I've researched and used but a listing of all forms and a more convenient method of printing would be helpful.

I'm learning it slowly. You cannot merge files in the app on ios. I need that. There are also a few hic-ups. Sometimes after a signature the screen gets disoriented and you have to go back to documents list and reopen. Sometimes after reopening some of the modifications are gone and you must re-enter. Some of these issues may be due to not being connected to internet. Overall it has helped me go paperless and I'm getting faster at filling out my documents using it. A few tweeks and it will be awesome.

Overall a great product
Overall very easy to use, tools are easy to manage and it's great at converting PDF to Word.
It is a little expensive but other than that, no issues.

Pratical and
PDFfiller is a good option whenever you need to fill forms or edit a pdf file. The online version is also an advantage.
If you don't use it a lot, the princing will be a little excessive to pay every month. A "pay as you go" or pay as you use.

This is a great program if you need this service. We needed it at one time, but did not realize we could do this on line. I would recommend it to anyone who is in the business of needing documents filled out, signed and delivered.

I have to do alot of document changes in my scope of work. This was the easiest program I've used in the 28 years I've worked in the corporate world. It's everything I have always wished I had at any given point but all in one pretty little program. Usually, theres always one feature not thought of or you dont have the option for, I didnt feel that at anypoint. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised each time when there it was in all its glory, the key option I needed. Thank you

What is a model lease?
The Model Commercial Lease (MCL) suite of documents comprises various template commercial leases and associated documents. They are available for anyone to download from this website, without charge. Users can then customize them to their particular requirements, or incorporate text from them into their own documents.
What is a HUD lease?
A lease is a contract between the owner and tenant that explains the terms for residing in the unit. Owners and tenants alike should be familiar with the provisions of the lease (when relevant, the applicable HUD model lease) so they can better understand their responsibilities under the lease.
How do you evict a HUD tenant?
In order to terminate tenancy, the tenant must provide the owner with a written 30-day notice to vacate the unit, as required by the HUD lease. NOTE: The regulations for RHS Section 515/8 properties permit either the tenant or the owner to terminate the lease with a 30-day written notice.
Does Section 8 require a lease?
Section 8 Lease Agreement. Landlords renting to Section 8 tenants employ protocols similar to renting to unsubsidized renters. How your rent is determined HUD?
A family's anticipated gross income determines not only eligibility for assistance, but also determines the rent a family will pay and the subsidy required. The anticipated income, subject to exclusions and deductions the family will receive during the next twelve (12) months, is used to determine the family's rent.
How is HUD rent determined?
In most circumstances, your rent will be 30 percent of your monthly adjusted income; HUD covers the other 70 percent. The amount of rental assistance you qualify for is calculated by dividing your AGI by 12 and then multiplying it by 30 percent. The result of which is called the total tenant payment.
