I subscribed to a trial of this software after no longer having full access to Adobe Acrobat. It was such an easy to use alternative, and more affordable per year. Billing, invoices and subscription
Kara was excellent help in clarifying payment and free trial with me. Very friendly and helped solve the issue in seconds. Conclusion, the invoice can only be downloaded after the free trial has ended and subscription actively kicks in.

How long does it take to get a child performer permit?
Once generated, the temporary permit will allow the child performer to work for the following 15 days. This gives parents time to complete, document and mail their application to obtain a standard 1-year Child Performer Permit. All other applications are submitted by mail.
How do you get a child performer permit?
Portal instructions: Once your account is established, you can access the 15-day child performer permit application by going to the Labor Standards section of the page and clicking on the application link. When you have completed the 15-day child performer permit application you will then press SUBMIT.
How do I get my child a work permit?
Obtain working papers/certificate application from your school or state department of labor.
Obtain a certificate of physical fitness from your doctor.
How do I renew my child's performer permit?
If you want to renew your 12-month child performer permit. Use the LS561 application form instead. If you have ever obtained a 15-day permit before. The Department has the authority to take certain action against individuals who give us false information in order to get more than one 15-day permit.
How do I set up a child performer trust account?
Set up a child performer trust account and notify the child performer's employer of the existence of the account (including any details required to make transfers) within 15 days of the start of employment, unless one already exists when the child is employed under a Temporary 15-Day Online Child Performer Permit.
What is a CPS permit?
Anyone who intends to represent or provide child performer services to any artist or performer who is under 18 years old in the state of California for a fee must have a child performer service permit. The law bars sex offenders from providing services to minors working or seeking to work in the entertainment industry.
How long does it take to get an entertainment work permit online?
It can take up to 3 weeks for a work permit to get processed. The form says the permits will be processed within 3 days then mailed. Allow at least 1 week for your school's administrator to sign the application or renewal form. Set alerts in your calendar a month before the permit expires.
