The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it does not have an option to undo things if you make an error. If you make an error you have to restart the whole thing. Otherwise, its a great program to have!!!

Great editor, Could have some more funcationality but does 90% of what I want to do. Previously purchased another program (Soda PDF) and couldn't get my head around it. PDFfiller is soo much easier to use, with heaps of online help on how to do anything you want to do.

Outstanding Online Support
I have used Pdffiller for the past 4 years to file tax returns for an investment group with over 40 members. I made an error when creating my template and when I went to print the 40 documents an erroneous number was appearing, the result of my error in creating the document. Fortunately Pdffiller has an online support staff. So many online companies require you to submit a ticket and then promise a 24 to 48 hour response time. Pdffiller offers that option but they have an outstanding online chat support. I had the benefit of working with Ryan and got access to him immediately upon opening up the online chat support. This was in the evening but Ryan thoroughly researched and tested my issue. Sadly the only option that appeared to be the answer was to create a new set of 40 documents which Ryan was willing to teach me how to create the docs in way that would avoid this error. When I expressed my issue with not having another 6 hours to re-create my work, Ryan persisted in finding a work around that was very creative and saved me from over six hours of new work!!! Needless to say I was ecstatic!!! Thank you Pdffiller for not only a great product but an online support staff that truly cares about helping customers get the results they require!!

An easy and effective tool for PDF files in daily office work.
It's an amazing alternative of Adobe's pro version and I don't need any file to install on my system. I can do my work through this application on my web browser itself.
It is very easy to use. It helps to add notes to your PDF files easily. It also has the feature of importing files from a URL. After editing your pdf file you can directly send it to your email id.
Its inefficiency of uploading multiple files in one operation. Sometimes it become slow when uploading slightly large file irrespective of internet speed.

My subscription had expired
My subscription had expired. I was trying to reactivate my account with a discount offer that was offered to me before my account had expired. Unfortunately I couldn’t seem to figure this out. I was connected to Katrina using the live chat. She explained to me because my account had expired the offer was no longer available. She did however offer me 25% I accepted what was proposed to me. Yet again I was still having problems figuring out how to get this discount link Katrina had sent me. She eventually emailed the link to me because the computer and myself don’t see eye to eye and I can’t figure out how the thing works sometimes. Katrina was very patient and understanding. User friendly
The interface is fairly easy to use, and there's a wide range of things to do with your document once your are finished. It's a bit pricey, but for the limited things I've needed so far, PDFFiller has been able to deliver.
