I love that I am able to correct and hold prior to sending out my file for signature. I wish I could however have a authorization statement from the Calyx Point file to use more of there forms.

Being able to type into a form that would otherwise be hard to complete.

Once document is finished, it is always like a Easter egg hunt to find its saved location on my PC. Should be in downloads folder, but guess again!

However, through my own mistake in not cancelling due to e-mail mix up, I was enrolled in the full year subscription. I explained the situation to support and have been given a full refund. The word 'affidavit' refers to a document that you sign under oath, verifying that the information provided is true. You then file it with the court. If you intentionally lie on an affidavit, the lie can be considered perjury, which is a serious crime.
Lying on a legal document, or in a courtroom, with prior knowledge thereof, is perjury, and to commit perjury IS a felony. You can be fined, or sent to prison, or both, depending on the type of matter and the extent to which you perjured yourself.
To prove perjury, you must show that someone intentionally lied under oath. Because this is often very difficult to prove, perjury convictions are rare. If you believe someone has committed perjury, gather as much information as you can and contact law enforcement as soon as possible.
Answer: No. An individual who is convicted based on false testimony cannot sue the lying witness for civil (or money) damages. A witness who intentionally lies under oath has committed perjury and could be convicted of that crime.
