Nice applications, sometimes doesn't move real smoothe from one blank to the next if you do not need to fill in for that one it seems to get stuck and has a lag, but over all, nice program.

It was a little slow at the beginning…
It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. This program works great!
This program works great, sometimes things are a little off once you download and certain documents are easily editable while others can be a pain in the butt. Overall I like it & I think it's great. I would definitely use it & recommend it.
