Only thing it is lacking is the OCR - If it would have had this ability to edit scanned pdf document like PDF element - then it would have been the best!

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I was charged the $199 yearly subscription when I had forgotten to cancel due to personal reasons. The customer support agent quickly and easily handled cancellation and the refund. Thank you guys!!

Not only did I find the product acceptable, but the Customer Service was wonderful, the fast response was the most surprising. My issue was resolved in a day or so ONLINE and included a refund. Keep in mind you cannot get that type of service in person At your local store.
