To edit a single form field, double-click it or right-click it and choose Properties. To edit multiple form fields, select the fields that you want to edit, right-click one of the selected fields, and choose Properties.
Hi, all you need to be the save the file as a copy 'file — save as copy'. Close the OPEN doc, then reopen the COPY version. You will then be able to edit the PDF, you will then just have to save the file with reader rights again after you have finished editing.
After an envelope get completed (all signers have signed it) you cannot edit to add an amendment for example. In cases like that, you need to copy that completed envelope, copying an envelope will bring the signed document, so you need to add the amendment document then send to the same recipients again to sign it.
From the Agreements page, locate the in process envelope for which you want to correct information. Click the more options icon and select Correct.
The person who initiated a form in (or the sender) can make changes to recipient information as long as the form has not yet been completed and the recipient has not yet completed their task on the form. Clicking on the button labeled “Correct.”
Text editing options within enable users to easily modify the content of the document, such as updating text, adding comments, or deleting sections. Users can customize fields within the document, allowing for the inclusion of signature lines, checkboxes, or date fields to collect information.
Using the Document Markup feature, recipients can make changes to a document. Recipients can use the markup tool to: White out, or cover up, document text to show deletions. Cover up text ,and add new text over the old text.
When you are ready to send forms out for completion, you will create and send a Envelope. If the Envelope you sent is already marked as Completed, then no additional changes can be made to the Envelope.
