Great Customer Service
We thought this was a bit scammy when we were charged for a plan no one recalled signing up for but once we found the email address associated with the account they cancelled the subscription and refunded the charge, no questions asked. Very pleased!

I signed up for a subscription but only needed it for one document. I canceled but was charged again a month later. I canceled again and contacted customer service. They said the first cancellation must not have completed but refunded me the money. That is great customer service. I will definitely use them again.

When I realized I had been charged for their services, I immediately emailed them and they processed the refund right then. I offered to pay for the few days that I actually had since it was really my fault, but they refunded the full amount.

How do you change an existing contract?
Key requirements for amending an existing contract. All parties must agree on the modifications for the amendment to stand. Unanimous agreement demonstrates that all parties are aware of and accept the changes being made. All parties must sign and authorize the amendment.
What is required to modify a contract?
Always put a contract amendment in writing and make sure both parties sign and date it. Reference the title of the contract, if applicable; its original parties; and original signing date, so that it is clear what document you are amending. Attach the amendment to the original contract.
How to make a correction on a contract?
cross out the incorrect information... add the correct information and have both sides initial the correction. If there are too many issues... delay signing the contract until they are all settled. The clearer the contract is the better. AFTER a contract is signed... you need an addendum or change order.
Can I amend a contract after it is signed?
Can you amend a contract after signing it? The answer is yes, you can. If the contract has already been signed, all parties must agree to make the amendment. While it can be trickier to change a contract after it's signed, communicating a clear reason for the change can often be acceptable to the other party.
How do you modify a contract?
For Opportunities with Products, the amount is the sum of the related Products. You cannot directly edit the amount unless the Opportunity has no Products. To change the amount for an Opportunity that contains Products, edit the Sales Price or Quantity of the related Products.
