Easy Auto-Renew Subscription Refund
Like most sites that offer small services with yearly or monthly subscriptions, you most likely run into the "auto renew subscription" headache. While it is frustrating (as this happened to me with PDFfiller), it is always nice to have a little forgiveness. Before I disputed the transaction with my bank I "calmly" contacted PDFfiller support asking if I could be refunded for this un-consented transaction of $72. It only took 5 mins with customer support to give me a full refund. And for that hasty/easy relief they gave me (as well as a refund with no questions asked) I give them 5 stars. Also, not to mention, it is a great PDF filling software.

PDFfiller has exceeded my expectations.
I regularly have a need to complete and to apply signatures to PDF documents. PDFfiller is a real time-saver in that it eliminates the need to print a hard copy and then manually complete, sign, and scan the PDF documents. Also, the PDFs that it creates end up looking much tidier and more professional. As a bonus, the software saves and maintains a duplicate record of all my PDF papers.
I originally subscribed to PDF Filler, under urgent circumstances, simply to be able to apply a verified electronic signature to a single document. But I've been awed by how versatile and useful it is. I now use it almost weekly. As a business owner, PDFfiller has been a great value. I'd recommend it to anyone who has an occasional or even a regular need to edit and to apply signatures to PDF documents.
There's really nothing about PDFfiller that I don't like. This is highly unusual for me as I'm not the most tech-savvy person and I frequently end up frustrated with software.

What are the options contract adjustments?
An option contract may be adjusted due to stock dividend, stock distribution, special cash distribution, stock split, reverse stock split, rights offering, reorganization, recapitalization, reclassification, merger, consolidation, dissolution or liquidation of the underlying security.
Can you change the strike price of an option?
While your strike price always stays the same, the fair market value (FMV) of your company's shares typically changes over time. You profit from this form of equity when you're able to sell your exercised shares for more than the strike price.
Is the strike price of an option fixed?
The strike price, also known as the exercise price, is the predetermined price at which a specific security may be purchased (for a call option) or sold (for a put option) by the option holder until the expiration date of the options contract.
Can the exercise price of an option change?
However, if the value of the underlying stock decreases—as is common in rapidly changing macroeconomic landscapes—the exercise price can become higher than the stock's current valuation. This is commonly referred to as options being “out of the money” or “underwater”.
Can you back out of an option contract?
If you didn't pay anything for the option, it's just an offer and can be taken back before you accept it. But if you paid for the option, it can't be taken back during the option period. However, the price paid for the option usually isn't taken off the purchase price unless the contract says so.
What are the rules for option contracts?
The terms of option contracts specify the underlying security, the price at which that security can be bought or sold (the strike price), and the expiration date of the contract.
