I like the improvements to the program & the variety of options. I would like to see the "circle" option with a little more flexibility - right now it is very thick & not practical. I also could not adjust the position of text boxes that were misaligned without deleting and recreating them.

PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. It allowed me to edit to my heart's content, rather than scratching handwritten stuff out and ending up with such a mess that i had to hand write another copy. The end result was far more professional looking than a handwritten form. About a 5 minute learning curve and the software functioned perfectly. After editing, I was able to save the pdf to my computer, send it by email, print it, and some other stuff that I didn't use. PDFfiler can also get remote signatures.

It was easy to use, my one complaint would be exporting one document at a time was time consuming. Wish I could have selected all documents to export one time.

I paid for the first 30 days to make sure that I would be happy with this tool. I am very satisfied with 99% of the editing and use tools. No ability to grab and move sections of existing form just new items.

Can I get a doctors note over the phone?
If you need a fit note, contact your GP practice. They will tell you whether you should make an appointment to see a GP or book a phone consultation. A GP can give you a fit note on the day they assess you or at any time after the assessment.
Can you get a doctors note without being seen?
A fit note must be signed by a doctor, but you do not always need to see a GP in person to get one. It depends on: why you're off work sick. Whether a GP needs to assess you face to face.
Will Urgent Care give me a doctor's note?
An urgent care center should have a policy in place for handling the issuance of doctor's notes. Though not primary care providers, many centers will indeed issue doctor's notes upon request. Most urgent care providers will believe the patient, and rightfully so, as we're not the illness police.
