Time is money in most professions and Real Estate is no exception. This program has saved me a lot of time, money and aggravation and has really simplified the real estate negotiation process. The PDF writer worked perfect for what I needed
Pretty easy to use and worked just as advised. I needed this to fill out PDF documents vs. printing them out and hand writing them. In addition finish product is neat and looks professional.
Don't have any negatives other than if it where free it would be even better, but the fee is small in relationship to what you gain.

could be better
I feel that adobe does a better job at converting PDFs. Although PDFfiller has a good trial period that you can use all their resources. I like that it has a notary with the plan you choose.
some documents don't fit what you search for. Conversion to PDF could be simple.
