The software is excellent - really easy to use. I wasn#t sure whether to pay for something I'll only use a few times a year but decided to do so simply to save time searching for free software that probably wouldn't be as good. One minor niggle: I paid on my debit card and it took me back to the website, whereupon I had to pay again to gain access - not sure if I have paid twice or not. With some emails back and forth, I was very happy with the outcome of my communication with their team.
I saw another post about the high price tag after the free trial, that is true, maybe both buyers and sellers should look at monthly options for those on fixed incomes.

Saving the doc from the pdf fillable to Word and then making any changes, changes spacing and became difficult to navigate the changes when trying to save as.

I absolutely reccomend PDF Filler to anyone who would like to create any type of document legal or not. I did my will and a lease with the wizard and they both came out so professional looking it was like they were prepared by an attorney. They have bill of sale receipts and anything else you can imagine needing as well. I am so glad I found this site and hope this review helps someone decide to give it a try also. I never leave reviews but felt this deserved one.
