I was shocked to learn AFTER I PAID that the "monthly" payment touted in 3 big choice boxes was ONLY and effective cost IF I paid an annual fee IN FULL. THAT WAS NOT CLEAR and I feel duped. However, I am extremely pleased with what you offer AND the ease of using your site. It is well worth the 29.99/month vs what I thought was 9.99. You really need to make that clear for your customers, though. Don't start a customer relationship with the customer feeling duped or tricked.

Very helpful for filling out international documents in Japanese. Typing in Japanese alphabet was not good but the copy and paste approach worked just fine!

I had some trouble learning to use it and directions aren't consistent. Your Help area tends to be more sales pitch on what can be done in a field with no directions. I'm very grateful for availability of the service though I'll drop it once I have my house sold in a few months

Great Product! I love this software; it has been invaluable. I have used it to fill out job applications, insurance, medical & school documents. I'll continue to use it. It is very easy to upload documents to this software. Editing is user-friendly even for those not technically savvy. I like that I have many options in saving or exporting my finished document. Also, I like that my previous documents are saved because there has been more than once that a document has been lost or needed again. I have been saved by the fact that PDF Filler has the previously used document saved. I have not found anything I really dislike about this software. I'll be honest in that I'm not crazy about the price but I have found this software so helpful I have been using it for over two years now. I've recommended it to several people. I did not rate the customer service because I have never used it. I guess the fact that I've been using this for over two years & never had a customer service issue speaks for itself.

EASY like 123 having being able to come to this website , find the court document i need , and fill it out all at the same time has been life changing for me lately. i am able to clearly see what's written, understand it more, and also once i'm done implementing my information i can print however many copies i need without leaving home. I made a mistake and bought a year subscription instead of one month as I needed, I immediately emailed customer support and thought I would be waiting days for a reply if I was lucky, but to my surprise I received a response within 2 minutes. What do you like best? I use the pdf merge feature constantly. It's great for compiling packets, assorted documents, expense reports etc. What do you dislike? It's not cheap, limited to uploading 5 docs What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Compiling meeting materials. Digital signatures.
