What do you like best?
Ability to add notes to PDFs for my clients. It really does help answer questions for them much faster and help them understand the document better.

I wish I could merge and rearrange documents without it costing more to upgrade to do so. Would also be nice if If could set two password when securing a file. One for client and my master password

Customer Service Online messaging rep..
I got ahold of customer service messaging system and told them my issue. Within 5 minutes I had someone already solving my issue and refunding me. The fact that their customer service was so on point with having no way to call. Actually impressed me. Thank you guys. You have my recommendation.

PDFfiller is great if you need to edit/change PDFs
This software allows us to fill out and share PDFs, vastly cutting down on our printing/scanning song and dance.
No real negatives other than I wish it were free.

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't…
I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. Great service and they got my refund and account canceled quickly. Thank you to Alice from support

Document Signing and Editing Issues
I just spent about an hour or so with Kara, one of your most helpful and patient online chat professionals. I was in the process of completing a contract and addendums where my Buyer was pressing me. I sent it out to my Seller and the Buyer once and ran into a number of editing and fillable field issues. So I recalled it. Kara took me step by step through each issue and patiently explained everything to me via zoom and screen share. She even went a step further and pointed out some features to me that will help me in the future. Even though I was a bit stressed in trying to get my documents completed, she calmed me down with her knowledge level and patience.I sure hope if I ever need pdfFiller's live chat support again, I'm lucky enough to get Kara again or someone with the same level of expertise. An Easier Way to File Taxes on Time
Mailing the document and the payment processing works very well. I would like a reminder to upload my extra attachments so that I don't have to try and add them later. I hope to refer to the site later like an archive for the information that I am mailing online.
