What do you like best?
PDFfiller has helped me streamline my forms and remove paper forms for my workplace. I am now able to have all my paper forms eliminated replaced by online forms. Saves alot of paper and trees!
What do you dislike?
The think I dislike is when a user completes a form online and I am notified I have to click the email link, save the form before I am able to view in my dashboard. Be nice to just have the form in my dash ready to go without the other intermediate steps.

I use it quite often and it has made my life much easier.
PDFfiller provides a lot of functionality for a low cost compared to other solutions.
A few features were missing when I first started using it but they have added functionality and it's much better now.

This will open the Medication History form. Scroll down to the bottom of the form and then click on the Discontinue button. If no end date has been assigned to a medication, users are recommended to enter a date in the 'End Date' and time in the 'End Time' fields before discontinuing the 'Medication History' form.
