I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. in a nutshell: sooooooooooo much better than adobe acrobat. i'm a new user, but this was just infinitely less frustrating (and i'm hoping less expensive) that dealing with adobe.

used a handful of other pdf programs, and while there have been a decent one here or there, most have been quite irresponsible, irresponsive, and irritable! pdfFiller is by far the most user-friendly, quick, and manageable one there is, notes this observer! am definitely glad i went for the platinum membership - has not only calmed my disdain towards pdfs, but i am actually having fun with them now! ^_^

AS OF THIS DAY PDFFILLER IS THE ONLY PLATFORM THAT SEEMS TO DO IT ALL IN A VERY SIMPLE AND STRAIGHT FORWARD APROACH WITH A LAYOUT FOR THE FIND AND CLICK END USERS. I BY FAR SINCE FINDING THIS WEBSITE HAVE NEVER EVEN THOUGHT ABOUT GOING ELSE WHERE AND HAVE BEEN USING THIS APLICATION FOR SOME 5 YEARS NOW MAYBE EVEN LONGER. I BWOULD DIFFENETLY GIVE THIS RECOMMENDATION TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY AS WELL AS STRANGERS FOR THAT MATTER AND HAVE TOLD SERVERAL PEOPLE ABOUT PDFFILER OVER THE YEARS WHEN IN CONVERSATION AND THE NEED ARISES

i was not happy with the Basic Plan being advertised for $8 per month and then subscribing and it suddenly being $20. I looked at some past notes from Sept. 2020 in my computer and it looks like I joined in Sept. 2020 and discovered the pricing being different than advertised, and I canceled then. Today I needed to sign some project documents and rejoined rather than playing around with a free trial of DocuSign that didn't offer what I wanted for variety in signatures etc. Giving PDF Filler a try. Will call CS to hear what their explanation is regarding what you advertise for $8 per month, only to see it is really $20. Evelyn Basile, Chicago
