It popped up along with a State of FL form that I needed to complete. I'm annoyed that they didn't tell me right from the start that you could only use it with a paid prescription.

Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. At first I thought they were scammers, but I took the risk and paid for what they asked for. Now I use almost everything they offer.
I like that I do not need to download and upload the document back.
I would like to print the document immediately after editing. Now I need to save it first and then I can print the document

It got the immediate job done but there were a few hiccups. I don't particularly like their way text is displayed in the larger fill-in fields. The form I was filling out was very complicated and required numerous references to a "Remarks" section at the end of the form because there was insufficient space with the numbered questions to put complete answers without overwriting onto the next numbered question. Consequently, the Remarks section was filled necessitating a separate attachment to contain all the remarks. In the remarks section, I cross-referenced to the numbered question for clarity, e.g. "Question 12(b)..." When I viewed the form on the screen the formatting looked fine but when it printed, the "Q" in the word Question was on one line and everything else "question 12(b) was on the next line. I would like to know how to avoid that issue in the future.

What do you like best?
I like the fact pdf Fills stores and keep my documents in order!
I like it's easy to use, and it comes with a fax!!
I am very pleased that I can send a fax, and I am able to submit report!
Also, it come with live help that is an excellent feature!
What do you dislike?
I dislike the wait period of 30 minute if I forget my password!
The systems doesn't seem to lock in my password.
I believe I have changed passwords maybe 3 times in under a year.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it! The price is good! The service is good! I have spoke with tech support a couple of time because I got locked out because I forgot my password and made to many attempts, so that's an excellent feature! You can also send faxes, so that's good. I will look to renew my subscription again! It's a good product!

Well because of pdfFiller, I can send pdf files to coworkers and present files as needed!
Before pdfFiller, my pdf files were not accepted by my supervisor and staff computers, but now, I can send pdf files with no concerns using pdfFiller! With the company working from home and folks using different systems/computer it's good that pdfFiller documents are able to be received by all my coworkers!
