It takes a little experience to use the system easily. You could use more instructions. Perhaps a start guide on how to perform various manuevers.

I like PDFFIller because it always works, unlike some other PDF tools I've purchased in the past. PDFFiller is my goto tool and will become my exclusive tool once my other package expires.

There's a little confusion when saving to my Google Drive. Now and then, the file can't be found there when on my phone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've also used Ecopy for several years and just find PDFfiller to be more user friendly and stable. As I said, it's my goto PDF tool.

Helpful Tool
I had been trying to send off some release forms and was crunched for time so I signed up for PDFFiller's free trial. In the end, I wasn't able to use their software without a purchase, but it made me almost wish I had paid the money.
I like that I can sign any document electronically. It definitely saves time and printing costs. It cuts out about 2 extra steps: printing and scanning. This is helpful for documents that need signatures such as release forms, etc.
I didn't like how much I had to pay in order to use my e-signed pdf. I don't use the software often enough to make it worth the price.
However, if I worked regularly with documents that needed to be signed this software would be the very best solution.

Do I need a table plan?
Unless your wedding is extremely small - under 20 guests - or you're having a casual buffet instead of a sit-down meal, you definitely need a table plan. Otherwise, couples and families may not be able to find seats together, creating confusion and awkwardness.
When should I order a table plan?
Many couples say it was the most stressful part of their planning, so START EARLY! Get it started as soon as your RSVPS are coming in. My advice would be to start collating your guests into families/couple groups, so for instance, 'cousin, cousin husband, child 1, child 2', or 'Julie + husband'.
When should you do table visits?
Table visits normally happen near the end of dinner while your guests are still seated. After the Bride and Groom have finished their meals, they visit each table to speak with the guests there—making sure not to miss anyone or any table!

Do you put the bride and groom on the table plan? Yes, the bride and groom should be included in the table plan. They can be seated at the head table, at their own “Sweetheart” table, or with special guests.
How to make a table plan?
Make sure your family, close friends, work colleagues and all your guests are seated at a table they'll be happy at. Create your floor plan. Choose round, rectangular or presidential-style tables and add as many guests to each table as needed. Assign seats. Share the seating chart.
How far in advance should I order a seating chart?
Start early. (And especially not until the night before the wedding.) You'll have way more important things to do. So try to get your seating plan done early. I'd say as soon as you have a final guest count and your table sizes, you can get started.
