It is somewhat confusing at first, but after learning the program it is very helpful and convenient to use! I enjoy all of the different options regarding the tools to fill out a PDF, for me it was a rental application for an apartment that i needed to fill out. The one thing I did not like is that after i had filled out my entire application via the pdffiller app, i could not e-mail the pdf until i paid for a plan. Somewhat disappointing, but regarding the program it is a good one.

I thought I was signing up for the $6 option, but found out it was actually the $20 one. A bit deceptive. So glad I found this site though. Too bad the original PDF designers didn't create PDFs with the option of converting to Word. So, despite the deceptive billing, I am still happy I found this site, and that the website is so easy to use.

It's not often I even respond to satisfaction surveys because as a business owner seldom do I find a company that lives up to it's hype. However, I am more than pleased to say that PDF filler provides both an outstanding product and platform as well as stellar customer support. Ease of accessing documents, editing, uploading from pc, internet, and other sources. The ease of sending copies to clients or others via email. The safety of the process is great.

The proximity of the watermark feature is to close to the scroll bar.

Time Saver!
Helps me with quickly signing contracts without printing, filling out many forms that I used to hand write. keeps me organized.
Saves time and easy to understand, not to complex.
I could not find a way to merge multiple PDFs unto one PDF.

Easy to use and easy to understand format, it made me feel like a pro lol, and I love the feature of being able to download your copies to your computer in either a PDF or a Word file, personally I dislike PDF files but if you have to send or receive them this is the perfect tool to do it with. Have already recommended it to several friends and family.

Easy to find fast and proficient chat support
My issue is resolved in under 5 minutes.. I was able to speak with a live confidence human being in under 30 seconds.. I was charged for subscription that I forgot I had subscribed to and I no longer needed and the chat agent Kara had my problem resolved in no time.
