I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. It was very good. However, I would be interested in the webinar because I have not figured out how to download a document from another site to my account as I was advised by the support person.

Easy, and very convenient.

It's fast and easy, navigation of the site is easy, uploading and editing a document is easy, the SendToSign option is phenomenal!
As of right now I have not really come across any thing that I dislike. The site is pretty self explanatory.

Kara was spectacular
Kara was spectacular! I was having trouble merging 35 small PDFs into a single larger document. She walked me through all the steps, and I told her what I had done and where I had run into problems. When she could not find a solution for me that way, she offered to merge all the documents for me!!! I have been working on this family project for the last 12 months and this was the final step before I could get the finished document out to everyone. Now I can do that and put this phase of the project behind me! I salute you Kara!!!

Great editing. Could use some better freehand options
All the editin options are just soooooo practical and useful. i really get work done fast.
a better handwritting option would be amazing though. the current one is too choppy
