Highly will recommend to others. Easy to use, and I just enjoy the fact that I can edit the text box to where I want to put it and being able to change the size of the box. There are ,of course, more features, but this is feature by far has been the one I been using the most.

User Friendly
Super easy to use. I needed to send a document to a customer for them to sign. I didn't need to take time for them to come to the office and they could continue with their busy day with only a 1 minute interruption.

Honestly, I used this service for one day. I did the whole hoopla, signing up for the service, getting my PDF's and documents taken care of, then went in to cancel my free trial. Well, something went wrong, and I was charged for a full year that I didn't want. But the reason they get 5 stars instead of zero-- they voided the charge same day that I emailed them. They weren't worried about pinching pennies, they were worried about being a good business and doing the right thing. That's a 10/10 in my book. Honestly, I have them bookmarked on my webpage so that if/when I need their services again, I'll definitely be going back!

I do not understand how to navigate adobe, pdfFiller or and other computer stuff. I was so pleaseds when I learned how to print a WORD doc ..... Now there is so much more and I am lost!

A very useful tool for PDFs
Very good experience. In my beginnings I had a little trouble but everything came very quickly. I mainly use it for my professional paperwork with the administrations when I need to edit some files and sometimes I use it to sign. Not only do we save paper but also if we don't have a printer or are on a mobile or the tablet one can use this application. It's great !
Multiple features, easy and practice of use, especially for the modification of documents.
One thing to take into account is that pdfFiller is not easy for one who doesn't know more about this kind of software. Slight bugs sometimes but otherwise nothing to report on the software.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. How do I turn off print and copy on a PDF?
Select the option “Single PDF Document Security” and push the button “Next >”
Click “Browse” button to open a PDF file will be encrypted.
Uncheck “Enable Copying of content”, and click “Save” or “Save as button to disallow copying permission in the PDF file.
