At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. So far so good! Can't figure out a way to fill in dates properly though without dragging text in - or change the check box from cross to tick. Overall though saving a lot of time!

I received some paperwork that needed to be signed and sent back to sender in a timely manner. PDFfiller was the only way I could do this. I had no access to a printer or fax machine. I'm trying to learn all of the use of the PDFfiller. I am currently trying to learn how to download some of my saved papers and sign them, then send them out. I forgot how I did it yesterday.

All good. However it would be nice to be able to move the type up and down when placed on the page rather than have to keep placing the type symbol in a spot where you think it will fit on the line.

It is very easy to use, very self explanatory.
If you could include an electronic signature platform or integrate one like with adobe sign or some other document signature software would be great.

ease of completing the form - that makes it look much more professional than a hand written form.
I like the ease of being able to put all my information in on any form. The software easily moves you from one field to the next to populate. Everything looks much more professional than a handwritten form.
I don't like the fact that I cannot save my form. I can print it but it saves as a blank form. Maybe I am doing something wrong, since I just started using it, but it did not save what I put in.

Stupid-Easy to use
Very easy to get used to.
This should be called PDF-Text for Dummies.
I literally had this program up and running in less than 5 minutes of downloading and installing it.
Wish it was a little cheaper.
If you are not using it often it hard to justify the monthly cost.
It may be better to go with the annual subscription instead of the monthly in some cases.

Fast Refund!
I was charged the $199 yearly subscription when I had forgotten to cancel due to personal reasons. The customer support agent quickly and easily handled cancellation and the refund. Thank you guys!!
