More than what it says on the tin
I am forever annotating drawings for the Home Improvements I offer my customers. We can assume that people understand drawings but most don't. The extra points I can make using arrows and text make it easier for my customers to understand and I know it helps me win business.
The software is easy to learn (I'm old so my patience with new programmes is not good). It has never frustrated me to use.

Can you print 3d from a photo?
There are many ways you can 3D print from photos, and you needn't be a professional 3D artist. All you need are photos in high resolution and an ounce of 3D printing skill. And, of course, time. Creating a 3D model may be the only difficult part of the process, and there's usually no way around this.

Can you 3d print on paper?
Most 3D-printers use plastic, ceramic or metal as a material, and can print only using that material. However, MOOR printers (which Staples will use for their print services) use paper as a medium. They cut, color and bind the paper to create full-colour 3D-prints.
How do 3d printers know what to print?

Can you 3d print a 2d image?
3D model from a 2D image. Not every picture makes a nice 3D print, but if you choose well, you can be pleasantly surprised. In general, the less complex a picture is, the better is the resulting model. If the image contains tiny details, you can improve the print quality by using a smaller 0.25 mm diameter nozzle.
Can you convert a 2d image to 3d?
Upload an image (only JPG and PNG formats are supported) you want to transform into a 3D object. For optimum results, the image should have a clear silhouette and a solid background, otherwise the background can form part of the relief and obscure the picture.
