PDF filler has been a life saver! So many times I have been required to fill out documents that most would typically print out, fill by hand, scan, and email back. What do you like best?
I am able to take a pdf file and change to a jpeg very easily. This allows me to change pdf file so it can be put on FaceBook. I also use it to make corrections instantly when it will take a day or two to get someone else to send it. I simply erase the incorrect data and type in the correct.
What do you dislike?
I have found that the program is not intuitive and there is a fairly large learning curve. I still don't know all the functionality, but what I know it will do make it worth it to me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good program and a great price. Well worth it!!

I ended up not using there service but felt the need to write about my experience. I had a complex need that was nearly impossible to get. I signed up for a subscription and found out later my demand couldn’t be done. Their service team granted a refund quickly without the usual hoops to jump through. They were fast, professional and capable. I plan to use them for other projects.

Customer focused with good features
I find Pdffiller to be one of the better online services of its type. As well as having many features in a fairly easy to use interface, their support is responsive and very customer focused. They offer a full feature short trial (requires credit card details, which some people may find off putting). It's straightforward to cancel. If you're looking to pay for an ongoing service, I recommend pdffiller.

Thank you for your services! I’ve been working on a very important document to correct my military records, for seven years I’ve been working towards correcting an Ilegal discharge from active duty from the Army. In February I received news that changed my while direction so I started over from scratch. My draft is now complete and now I have all the evidence and events storyboard complete. There was a very important PDF from 2012 that is no longer available on the .gov website so I resorted to Google and found it on your site. Your site helped me to gather the necessary blank PDF forms that proved they did indeed break thelaw. It was a lifesaver for me!

Very easy to use
That I could fill it in immediately and be able to upload it and save it somewhere else. Also that the formatting remained the same
That I had to save it twice in order to get what I had wrote. I also hate that the text box does not stay within the area you type in.

I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up. The retrieval and storage of my docs (either completed or still being worked on) is so simple now that even I can do it! The work has become easier thanks to pdfFiller. Thank you.

My subscription had expired
My subscription had expired. I was trying to reactivate my account with a discount offer that was offered to me before my account had expired. Unfortunately I couldn’t seem to figure this out. I was connected to Katrina using the live chat. She explained to me because my account had expired the offer was no longer available. She did however offer me 25% I accepted what was proposed to me. Yet again I was still having problems figuring out how to get this discount link Katrina had sent me. She eventually emailed the link to me because the computer and myself don’t see eye to eye and I can’t figure out how the thing works sometimes. Katrina was very patient and understanding. Although I do find it a bit difficult to find some of the forms that I am searching for I do like the program completely because it offers me the flexibility to take care of my business and to edit the necessary forms needed for my work. But I wish you would get a larger database of forms and templates for us to draw upon.
