It was difficult for me (86 years old and somewhat "ok" with Windows 10) to figure how to send the document to my partners vie email for their markup, etc.

Great User friendly Program!!
The program is very user friendly and pretty much self explanatory. However, if you do have any questions, Customer Service is also very friendly and helpful!!!! They respond quickly and walk you through any questions you have.

It is easy to use and upload your own forms as well. I like all the options for changing colors and sizes of the text and O/X . My only complaint is that the box that appears when you place anything kinda stays in your way when you are working.

What do you like best?
User friendly. Can do anything I really need, from editing pdfs, splitting up and saving parts of documents, signed documents, etc.
What do you dislike?
The sign in page can be a bit wonky and hard to see if you're signed in. If you've been signed out and start uploading it puts you into the trial mode, and once you figure out whats going on you have to start over.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Signing documents is really important for me, which is the biggest benefit. But the ability to edit and fill out pdf documents has been wonderful as well.

How do I activate Windows with a digital license?
To begin, click Start > Settings > Update & security > Activation. There are some interesting changes users will see. The first one is the obvious change from Windows is activated with a digital entitlement to Windows is activated with a digital license. At the bottom is a new option called Add a Microsoft Account.
What does Windows is activated with a digital license mean?
If you have activated a free copy or bought and activated a copy of Windows 10 from the Store, you have a digital license (digital entitlement) for that device. This means that you can reinstall Windows 10, even a clean installation, and you don't need to enter a product key.
