Really great product. So many of the forms I am sent would mean hours of unnecessary handwriting. With PDF Filler I am able to complete them in 1/2 the time. (The only negative is the learning curve, but once I learned how to maneuver around its great!)

What do you like best?
This has saved me some much time on filling out all my documents & storing them as well !!! I just love how you can erase information & add other items to it as well!

Sometimes it does have a hard time reading some of the documents & uploading them correctly . I then have to restart the program a couple of times before it actually is able to load the document .

With this software i am able to edit all my PDF'S add & delete any information that needs to be revised & have an amazing clean, clear & legible PDF's for my clients to view!!!

PDF Filler is a must for me!
I love it! As a small business owner who strives to maintain a professional business image (website, business cards, etc.) , PDFfiller does just that for the proposals I create for my customers ... both future, and repeat. I know for a fact my customers appreciate the quality and professionalism of the proposals they receive from me - they've told me so! Thanks PDFfiller!
I love the ability to quickly, and easily, create/copy professional proposals for my customers. I then save each file as a PDF (with my logo embedded at the top left of each document), and attach via e-mail for completing my estimation process with each customer.
The only thing I've discovered is with the particular template I use for my particular proposals - my template has an area that indicates "Page 1 of _" ... well, there are no additional pages that are affiliated with my template, so I end up either having to re-edit to ensure my entire proposal fits into "Page 1", or I have to continue additional pages outside of PDFfiller.

The price should be mentioned up front. You have to pay at the end because the document is important. I'm sure that is intentional. Its a good program so far. I will let you know the final outcome.

Haven't used much just for a few document but so far very satisfied. Easy to scan and load to fill in docs. I'm hoping it will be worth the price paid

Worth the money
I've been subscribing to this service for several years! I love it! It's nice to be able to start on my laptop or phone and pick up where I left off on the other device. The download notification feature is nice because it ensures the person got your email and actually downloaded the file. Will maintain my subscription for the immediate future.

It was actually nice, easy and convenient to use. It is just that I find it expensive so I revert back to my old ways means manually filing or writing in forms. :)

How do you protect a paper document?
Have a Records Retention Plan. Implement Security Protocols. Consider Off-Site Storage. Dispose of Documents Safely. Scan and Digitize Documents.
How do you protect paper certificates?
To preserve a birth certificate, the Smithsonian Institute Archives suggest that rather than laminating ITA practice that is NOT recommended keeping it in an archival 3-ring print page, a crystal clear bag, or a side loading print sleeve will help protect the document from moisture, dirt and dust.
What do you do with old letters?
Scan and store them on your computer. If you really want to keep them, scan them they'll take up much less room. Keep them, so you can one day give them back to the writer. Repurpose them into scrapbook and journal embellishments.
Does laminate preserve paper?
Lamination is one of the most destructive processes anyone can do to historical or genealogical documents. Lamination is not used by archivists today to preserve records or any other paper documents because it is so destructive.
Will laminating newspaper preserve it?
But whether you're preserving wood pulp or rag paper clippings, the methodology remains the same, Wilmot says. Never laminate newspaper clippings or other items it will eventually destroy the document and don't use tape or any type of adhesive.
