It meets my needs very well. If I could get my own fax number for less than $10/month I would add that. As it is now, I have a fax separate from this but only pay $8/month so will keep and use separately. Disappointed it was so much for the add on. Also, for the edit option. Many things to do but all as add ons. For now, I like what I can do, though.

Not sure how I "subscribed", yet PDFfiller honoured their policy of full cancellation and FULL REFUND.
I'm IMPRESSED !!!
The went further and added an offer of a further FREE TRIAL.
If their products are as good as their service, I'll definitely intentionally subscribe at some stage in the future ... after South Africa's political siege they call "Lockdown".

Are there any laws protecting salaried employees?
Salaried non-exempt employees are also protected by California wage and hour laws--including overtime laws and laws requiring meal and rest breaks. Under the California Equal Pay Act, employers are prohibited from paying a lower salary to employees of the opposite sex for equal work.
Are there labor laws for salaried employees?
Under California employment law, salaried employees can be classified as exempt or non-exempt. Exempt salaried employees may not be eligible for overtime. However, employers have to pay salaried exempt employees at twice the minimum hourly wage based on a 40-hour workweek.
What is the maximum hours a salaried employee can work?
There is no limit on the number of hours a salaried exempt employee 16 years of age or older, who meets the requirements of 29 C.F.R. Part 541, may work per day or per week. A salaried non-exempt employee is subject to the same 40 hours per week overtime standard as employees paid on an hourly basis.
Are salaried employees required to work 40 hours?
The FLEA does not require that nonexempt employees be paid hourly. Salaried nonexempt employees are still entitled to FLEA overtime pay if, when and to the extent that they actually work more than 40 hours in a work week.
How many hours can a salaried exempt employee be forced to work?
Employees who are exempt can work over 40 hours without additional compensation. Here's why: the FLEA and state fair labor standards legislation requires employees who work more than 40 hours in any work week to be paid time-and-a-half for those hours.
Are there any protections for exempt employees?
Unlike a non-exempt employee, an exempt employee does not enjoy legal protections under the Fair Labor Standards Act. This means that exempt employees are not entitled to receive overtime pay from their employers. The FLEA considers certain types of jobs automatically exempt.
What are my rights as an exempt employee?
Non-exempt employees have rights under the FLEA, including minimum wage and overtime pay. But exempt employees do not have those rights. The only real right that the exempt employee has under FLEA is to be paid their guaranteed minimum salary in any week that they perform some work.
Are all salary employees exempt?
What is an exempt employee? Exempt positions are excluded from minimum wage, overtime regulations, and other rights and protections afforded nonexempt workers. Employers must pay a salary rather than an hourly wage for a position for it to be exempt.
