After establishing your identity, the IRS will provide you the EIN number for your business.

Business owners listed as the registered agent can call the IRS at (800) 829-4933 to obtain the tax identification number. The EIN is also located on bank records or previous year tax returns.
The verification process for an authorized representative is simple. Call the IRS at (800) 829-4933. The IRS representative will request your identifying information. The representative will then give you the EIN number over the phone.
To change what the IRS has on file, one should submit a letter (on company letterhead if possible) to the appropriate IRS office with the following information: The responsible party's full legal name; The responsible party's Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN);
The IRS may and may not notice the incorrect EIN. If they do while your refund is in process, they may send you a letter, in which case you simply tell them what happened. One of the most common reasons you might find that you can't get EIN online is that your application comes back with a Reference 101 error. This often occurs because you have a conflict with your name on the application. Entity names must be unique.
Generally, businesses need a new EIN when their ownership or structure has changed. Although changing the name of your business does not require you to obtain a new EIN, you may wish to visit the Business Name Change page to find out what actions are required if you change the name of your business.
Go to the File section of the H&R Block Online product. Choose how you want to file. Choose Direct Deposit.
Beginning January 1, 2014, any entity with an EIN, such as a plan sponsor, must report a change in the identity of their plan's responsible party on Form 8822-B, Change of Address or Responsible Party — Business, within 60 days of the change.
The Form SS-4 instructions explain who is to be the responsible party for various entity types. The responsible party generally is the person who ultimately owns or controls the entity or who exercises ultimate effective control over the entity.
You can apply for an EIN right at the IRS website on their EIN online application. Apply for EIN by Fax: Businesses can fax in their application to the appropriate IRS fax number. You'll use a physical application, Form SS-4, which can be found on the IRS website.
