Convenient, Affordable, Online PDF Editing & Mgmt Tool
I use PDFfiller on a regular basis. The enhanced security options, including the ability to email a PDF to someone and that automatically includes a 'security code' for retrieval of the document gives me a sense of security since the actual document is not attached to the email, which could be intercepted if someone hacked into your mail server.
I also use the merging tools, allowing me to combine multiple PDF's into one file, move pages, etc. It helps me to better organize my PDF libraries. Considering the other options of using a very high-priced service/product (Acrobat), PDFfiller is, in my opinion, a much better tool.
I've been using 'PDFfiller', for the last 2 years. The editing tools available are great, including filling out forms, editing text, adding comments and signatures, makes it a very convenient to import and work with documents on-the-go. The ability to import/export to/from cloud-based sources as well as drag & drop. Import options makes things much easier in-terns of document management
Honestly, there haven't been any tasks that I typically need to with PDF editing, etc. that PDFfiller already provide.

What do you like best?
With a lower monthly fee, I can log in and have the capability to use the editing tools to update and sign my files with ease

I do wish that notification would go out to my email if or when the website is updating the platform

With any update that has adjusted the layout, I have been able to get ahold of customer service for clarification. Although the 24hrs wait for a response is frustrating

This is an excellent product/service that was very useful to me, especially because I have a ********** and can't install windows based pdf editing software. After the trial period, I had a family emergency that caused me to forget to cancel my trial (I love pdf filler but planned to subscribe later when I will need it more) so I was auto charged for the subscription once my trial ended. I contacted support to explain what happened and they responded and resolved my issue within just a few minutes. They were prompt, professional, and understanding. I feel great about the service and customer support that I recieved and plan to subscribe to pdf filler in the near future. I wild gladly recommend pdf filler to anyone who wants a great way to edit pdf files with the confidence of working with a company that has excellent customer service.

What requires a special resolution?
A special resolution is a resolution of the company's shareholders which requires at least 75% of the votes cast by shareholders in favor of it in order to pass. Where no special resolution is required, an ordinary resolution may be passed by shareholders with a simple majority more than 50% of the votes cast.
What are special resolutions needed for?
What is a special resolution? Special resolutions — also known as 'extraordinary resolutions' — are needed for more important decisions or those affecting the constitution of a company. These require at least 75% of the shareholders or directors to agree — sometimes as much as 95%.
What does special resolution mean?
Special Resolution Definition: “Special resolution means a resolution passed by a majority of not less than two-thirds of the votes cast by the shareholders who voted in respect of that resolution or signed by all the shareholders entitled to vote on that resolution.”
Do all special resolutions need to be filed?
