I wish it would edit pictures so I can erase and/or add text; it is not very accurate in determining the the input areas on forms; it changes the font on some .pdfs that are uploaded.

overall I like pdffiller, but there are some things I wish I could do, like circle items in word docs. The only circle function I see does not seem to work very well. I would like to be able to draw circles around items more easily. As for signature authentication, is it necessary to include date? It would be easier if the authentication did not include the date. This isn't a big deal, since I can see why the date is necessary... but sometimes I sign a contract on for example, Sept 1st at midnight, but I don't want my clients to know I signed at midnight Sept 1st, particularly if I should have signed the document sooner. Anyway, these are just little issues that I've come across and changes would make my business a bit easier.

I wanted to create 2 additional 1099s but was unable to find that option so closed and requested it be sent to IRS. Now I know I should have selected "template" but have not been able to get that to work. Made another, and no option to send to IRS

What do you like best?
In-line text, change font size, save options to name a few. Being able to quickly fill out insurance applications and having the text line up is amazing. I have been looking for this feature for awhile. PDFfiller is quick, easy, and has boosted my efficiency greatly.
What do you dislike?
The page fails when resizing text, and then you need to reload it. That is really my only issue other than when saving a PDF to my local machine, I don't need the indicator to pop up and tell me where to look.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sign up! You won't regret it. PDFfiller is easy to use, extremely helpful, and increases productivity dramatically. Great product.

Due to a mixup a annual membership was bought. Upon realization of such, cancelation was requested and in a very helpful and easy manner PDFfiller Customer Service Team took care of the problen and in a couple of hours solved the issue and awarded a full refund. It's very easy to log on away from your desk to edit and send a document for a signature. I'm a logistics manager and I'm always on the go and most of the time I get phone calls away from my desk so its handy to be able to pull this software up on my phone to send important documents - especially customs paperwork when zip need to
