Great Customer Service I only needed the service for a specific period and thought I cancelled the service, until I was charged. I contacted customer service and gave every possible email address the service could be connected to, so I thought. None of those emails showed service connected to it, so they ended up submitting a trouble ticket. A few days later they contacted me to see if I was connected to another email address, and it was my husband's business, that I never thought about. Even though it automatically renewed, they responded that they would refund the charge.

What do you like best? I use the pdf merge feature constantly. It's great for compiling packets, assorted documents, expense reports etc. What do you dislike? It's not cheap, limited to uploading 5 docs What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Compiling meeting materials. Digital signatures.

You can use standard publishing or timed publishing to publish an update to an existing app. Standard publishing: Updates to existing apps are processed and published as soon as possible. Timed publishing: Updates to existing apps are processed as usual, but you control the specific moment your update goes live.
4 Answers. This might take around 4 – 5 days of time, Google recently changed their policies, and now they take a longer time to review the app.
Pending publication: App is currently being reviewed and processed for publishing. We'll notify you approximately how long the review period should take for each individual submission, so you can plan accordingly. Published: App is published and available on Google Play.
To publish an app in Google Play, it will take around 3-4 hours after submitting the app to Google Play. The app will be distributed to all the Google servers across the globe and made available step by step to all countries within few hours.
If your app is in a Pending Publication status or if it is Published but with zero downloads from the Google Play Store, then Unpublish the app from the Pricing & Distribution section. After 24 hours of Unpublishing the app, reach out to Play Console support chat and ask them to delete the app.
With a staged rollout, your update reaches only a percentage of your users, which you can increase over time. As far as my experience goes, as the release-manager for a popular app, once I roll out an update to 100%, I see the maximum adoption to the new version within 3-4 days.
Google I/O 2019: Here's what to expect Google's review process has historically been faster than Apple's for iOS apps in the App Store. Apple explains that on average, 50 percent of apps are reviewed in 24 hours and over 90 percent are reviewed in 48 hours.
Go to your Play Console. Select an app. Select Store presence > Pricing & distribution. In the “App Availability” section, select Unpublish.
