It can be irritating. There are capabilities in the software that are not immediately obvious. You have to discover them without assistance. e.g. How to reduce font size where that is available.

Saves time by not having to re-type documents and I can just add in names on pre-typed forms. It has been instrumental for changing contracts and names on documents
I think, if it isn't in place, a way to be able to use it on your mobile device. Most often, I'm on the go and things have to be changed or modified. This could be huge for a busy person like me.

How do you calculate reach?
When reach is multiplied by average frequency a composite measure called gross rating points (GRPS) is obtained. Reach can be calculated indirectly as: reach = GRPS / average frequency.
How do you calculate effective reach?
Effective Reach = The number of people or percent of population reached with frequency equal to or greater than effective frequency.
How is reach calculated?

What is reach and effective reach?
Definition: Effective Reach is used to describe the quality of exposure. Effective Reach is different form reach as effective reach calculates the percentage of reach which makes an impact over the viewer. And reach is just the number of viewers exposed to ad at least once during the specific period.
How do you find the effective frequency?
Effective frequency (#) = Number of times an individual must see an ad in order to register the message. A campaign's effective frequency will depend on many factors, including market circumstances, media used, type of ad, and campaign.
How do you find the reach and frequency of a print?
Frequency is the average number of times the advertisement will be presented to the Reached Population. One way to calculate frequency is to divide the number of Impressions by the Reach. Another way is to divide GRPS by Reach Percentage.
How do you calculate social media reach?
STEP 1: Measure the reach of any given post. STEP 2: Divide the reach by your total number of followers and multiply by 100 to get your post reach percentage. Note: On Facebook, the When Your Fans Are Online feature will tell you the optimal time to post. Use this data to increase your reach.
How do you calculate reach impressions?
To figure that out, we divide total impressions by total reach to get the average number of impressions per user. (People call this ad frequency, frequency, or average impressions per user interchangeably.)
