Cut the paper trail and faxing
Instead of faxing documents, I just get them emailed. The documents are more clear, it's fast, and I can sign and fill in easy without needing to fax it back. I love the signature button.
This is so easy to use. Uploading and downloading is all I do now. My fax machine is obsolete.
You have to download it to your computer from email, then upload it to pdf filler - at least that's how I do it.

Are you one that needs to easily sign documents and return by email? this is the software to use

I really liked how the software navigates you through the document so quickly so you don't forget to fill in any information, and it tells you if the recipient receives it.
It's supposed to have just about any document you would need or want but I couldn't find any of the ones I needed. It was frustrating trying to look for a document and not be able to figure out where the list was.

Their customer service is great. They take you seriously and reply with grace and find solutions for you efficiently.
PDF filler is easy to use and a great tool for me who is using it constantly to merge files and reduce them to a smaller size. Especially useful for anyone applying for jobs and need to have everything in one document.

What do you like best?
I encounter a lot of reasons to amend, annotate, merge, separate, and complete PDF documents. I used the free version of pdfFiller for a while and realized that I used it so much and liked using it so much that I actually paid for the upgraded version. I have been using pdfFiller for about a year and it is a go-to part of my toolbox for document management. In fact, I just grabbed a couple of model forms from my trade association and (with permission) stripped off their information and inserted my firm info and logo. In 15 minutes I had professional forms tailored to my business - I cannot even estimate how much that saved me in time and money. pdfFiller makes me look good, so I am giving them a review to make them look good - it's what I can Good Business quid-pro-quo.
What do you dislike?
Nothing is perfect, and while I gave pdfFiller the highest rating I could, it too is not perfect. I have found that scrolling through documents I have edited rather than being able to create folders to store my completed documents is slower than I want. I come from a Windows environment and have become spoiled by the Windows' file structure. Still, this is probably more about me than about pdfFiller.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I annotate, merge, duplicate, and complete more pdf forms than I like. Most are government or bureaucratic forms and they insist upon too much information. It helps to have forms done one and stored on pdfFIller that I can access to update the dates or other data and resubmit.

It's fine so far, I double checked for accuracy off of the tax tables and it calculated correctly which is a positive for me and very helpful and a huge timesaver to know it is accurate and reliable

Using the app has been pretty easy so far
Using the app has been pretty straight forward and intuitive. Getting used to how to edit a PDF to get consistent results. Has been a big help. Users always want a free solution and I'm still testing the 30 day trial but maybe if you want the right solution it needs to be a paid solution.

The ability to send PDF's for signature and manipulate fields...

sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up.

Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.

Can you change a parts only title?
Parts-Only Title: A parts-only title is issued to a vehicle that the insurance company has declared a total loss due to fire, vandalism, collision, theft, flood, or other occurrence and that the insurance company has declared to be parts only. Non-repairable / Parts Only / Export Only / Bill of Sale: A non-repairable or parts only title indicates that the vehicle cannot be titled or registered in the U.S. again. Reconstructed Title: A reconstructed title is issued when a vehicle has been repaired and has passed its state's reconstructed title procedure.
Can you get a title for a parts' car?
The car is being sold for parts only. Sometimes, cars that receive salvage titles can only be sold for parts and not legally driven. One of the restrictions on salvage-title cars in most states is that they cannot be legally operated on the road. In some states, only licensed rebuilders can purchase salvaged cars.
Can a non-repairable title be registered?
Any vehicle declared non-repairable will not be issued any further certificate of registration. They are damaged in such a way that it is non-repairable and cannot be registered.
What is a parts only bill of sale?
Non-repairable / Parts Only / Export Only / Bill of Sale: A non-repairable or parts only title indicates that the vehicle cannot be titled or registered in the U.S. again. What is a Nonrepairable title?
A nonrepairable vehicle is a vehicle of a type otherwise subject to registration that meets the following criteria: A vehicle that has no resale value except as a source of parts or scrap metal, and which the owner irreversibly designates solely as a source of parts or scrap metal.
Can you change a junk title?
In most states, cars with salvage titles are considered unfit to drive and cannot legally be on the road. Though a salvage designation can never be completely removed from a vehicle's title, if a car is completely repaired and passes a state inspection, a rebuilt salvage title or rebuilt title will be issued.
Can you turn a salvage title into a clean title?
It is very legal and done all the time except a title history will show previous history of the salvage. It must undergo inspection, and you will then receive a clean title, however will show salvage history if one was to look further.
