With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Did not know what to expect at first, this being my first time to use online PDF forms. But, after I got the hang of it, it's working out awesome and exactly what I was looking for.

The conversion from Pdf to word was the smoothest I've seen. There are very few errors. AMAZING! After reviewing the document I noticed that the conversion dropped the letter F. If there were two f's in a word the conversion dropped one of them.

It really happens to everyone, somethings you just miss something on a document that is already a pdf, with this tool you can fix it right away.
Let's be real, it happens to all of us, we made or receive a pdf, and we forget to sign it or add a line, even just correct a typo. PDF filler will just let you convert this to a word doc so you can fix all you need.
Nothing, easy to use, easy to convert again to pdf and help a lot if you just lost the original file.

Subscription and refund
I Had £91 taken out my account for a subscription that i didnt know i had and could not afford, I went on the live chat and spoke with Maria, i told her my issues, she went above and beyond to help me.
She managed to cancel my subscription and issued a full refund she was an amazing agent

Work and Study Budy
Overall I love the app and all the features it offer! The benefits totally outweigh the cost. Amazing app!
What I like most about the feature is I can use it both for work to fill out pdf files and for my personal studies where I can write notes, comment, add highlights and more to the file.
What I least like about this is it can be a bit pricey to maintain especially if I were only a student. But good thing I am also using it for work so I can really maximize its use.

An Efficient Time Saver
It is easy to update the documents with some features of a Word Document.
However, there should be more variety in the fonts and I wish it didn't change the original/all font when I edit part of it.
