This is a pretty good tool to use for filling out, signing, sending, and working on high school scholarships! you can open .pdf files right on the program and fill them out and even sign them and email them to the recipient. The only downside is the cost, its kind of ridiculous in price.

Overall a great product. My only qualm with the software is the picture quality of the pages displayed when a user is selecting pages to "save as." The images are not clear enough for anyone to distinguish pages. A zoom function would be much appreciated.

A bit difficult to navigate… A bit difficult to navigate through/enter updates unless you use this on a regular basis. Once the memory kicks in, it's a GREAT tool for making easy changes/adding necessary information.

PDFfiller is da bomb I like how easy it is to edit a pdf and change what you want or add what you want to it I find it difficult to see how big or small the font is until I print it

I've used their software and it's extreemly good. But what I liked most about their company was their integrity. Twice our auto renewal popped and most companies would use this as a gotcha moment to take your money. Both times we didn't require the auto renewal they credited within 2hrs of an email. Amazing customer service and great company integrity. Would reccomend to anyone.

It's great. Not as good as adobe in the areas of text replacement or image addition. It is also not as sophisticated for selection mechanisms. If you need to fill in documents or create PDFs this is a solid application that can do the stuff that you will need quickly and cheaply.

Basically, due diligence requires you, as a paid preparer, to: Evaluate the information received from the client. Apply a consistency and reasonableness standard to the information. Make additional reasonable inquiries when the information appears to be incorrect, inconsistent, or incomplete.
The $500 penalty for each failure to meet your due diligence requirements for ETC, CTC/ACT/ODC, ATC or head of household (HOW) filing status is adjusted for inflation. The penalty for 2019 tax returns is $530 per failure.
Due diligence, in the context of tax return preparation, is the diligence or care that a reasonable preparer would use under the same circumstances. It is an objective standard. The Code and regulations provide for enhanced due diligence requirements with respect to claims for the earned income tax credit.
