What do you like best?
I love the variety of functions available in PDF Filler. I also love how easy it is to use, Highly recommended for anyone working quickly in a remote environment for documents that need edits, signatures, etc.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes I get logged out ... not a real problem, but as I work from multiple computers sometimes it adds and extra step for me.

A life saver pdfFiller has helped me to make easier my load of work and without I might be stressing a lot. What I like most about this software is the ease of use, as an educator I need to use PDF's everyday and this software helps me a lot with that. The free trial is good but then you need to pay for another features.

How Long Does it Take to Get a Building Permit? After submitting your application, it usually takes two weeks for residential properties to receive a building permit, whereas commercial properties may take up to four weeks for approval.
You may have thought the reason your building permit was taking so long was because the building codes were getting too stringent? The main reason for a long wait in the processing of building permit applications usually centers around development engineering, utilities, planning and land use issues.
How Long Does it Take to Get a Building Permit? After submitting your application, it usually takes two weeks for residential properties to receive a building permit, whereas commercial properties may take up to four weeks for approval.
The processing time depends mainly on the amount of work in the system at the time of application. However, the Building Department is committed to efficient processing. Typically, small plans requiring the review of one trade might take one to two days. Other projects may take one to two weeks for initial review.
Failure to obtain a building permit is a violation of Contractors License Law. Further, construction performed without a permit can expose a homeowner to additional liability and costs.
Answer: If your permit expires without all the inspections being completed or expires during the plan review process the permit will need to be reactivated. Permits that are expired for less than six months will be reactivated at fifty percent of the Building permit fee or Plan review fee.
a. Building permits and plan checks expire if there has been no activity for 180 days or more. Any permit that has been expired for a year or greater that has had no activity or inspections (construction work has not started or been inspected), shall not be renewed ('reissued').
Once the permit is issued, different jurisdictions will have different time requirements, but it is a common rule-of-thumb that a building permit will expire if the work it covers does not begin within 6 months or is not completed within one year of the date it is issued.
