This program is very useful for filling out tax forms. Although my returns are not complicated, getting the credit that I am due for foreign taxes is too much for tax programs like HR Block and too much for most accountants. It was really easy to modify the text but it didn't allow for modifying the form itself. When I ran out of blocks (Employee Review Form), I couldn't add any lines to the bottom or even take away some of the "Reviewer comments" to give me space to add more lines for categories.

I like that all certificates on Insurance are in the same place, easy to find and I like the ability to duplicate certs

It works well in that you can fill out the form, but it would be great if you could move the text box once you've started. I was unable to do that and had to start over in some cases because alignment was off.

What information should be redacted?
Sensitive information that could be used to commit fraud or expose private information should be redacted. The following list is a general guide: Social security numbers. Driver's license or professional license numbers.
What personal information should be redacted?
Legal Requirements Rule 5.2(a), titled Redacted Filings, provides that filings can only include the last four digits of a Social Security or tax ID number, the year of an individual's birth, a minor's initials or the last four digits of a financial account number.

What Is Document Redaction? Otherwise, known as document sanitizing, redaction is the process of blacking out or removing any sensitive information from a document, so it can be used and distributed, but still protect confidential information too.

What is redaction process?
Redaction Defined Redaction is the task of rendering passages in a document illegible because those passages are confidential or otherwise exempt from disclosure. The process to redact passages from a printed document is to obscure the text or images with a dark permanent marker.
How do you redact a document?
Use the paper document method to redact a scanned file. Print out the paper document. Cut out the text that needs to be redacted. Use opaque tape or paper to cover the redacted sections. Scan the document and save it as a PDF.
