As much as I like the actual experience of using your website, the way you rope people in to pay for the privilege only AFTER they finish their documents is clearly intentional and very very suspect. Works well, but not sure why you create a page that cannot be scanned and sent to the IRS on the first part of the form. If this is not legal or usable why have it?

A good product A good product. You'll have to sign up for the service if you want to save your doc, but they have a free thirty day trial, so it's not so bad. Allows you to edit documents in a relatively user-friendly and intuitive way. No real complaints, but it also didn't blow my socks off or anything, so 4/5.

The software is easy to navigate and user friendly. Not paying the Adobe prices. The software is very intuitive which is reduces time determining and understanding feature sets about the tool. Some features require a different level of membership which cost more and should be included with the basic package.

It took a while to get used to and I had to have several chats with tech support over several weeks. I subscribed, but I still ended up with a free account that I had to get them to delete. I had to check my login box to ensure I was in my subscription account.

Use the paper document method to redact a scanned file. Print out the paper document. Cut out the text that needs to be redacted. Use opaque tape or paper to cover the redacted sections. Scan the document and save it as a PDF.
Information that must be redacted on emailed bank statements is: All digits except the last 4 of the account number appearing on the statement. All digits of the routing number printed on the check images in the statement.
