I know that most IRS forms are free and can be saved to my files, however sometimes trying to download the forms is difficult to do. PD Filler is much more user friendly and easy to follow.

Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! I purchased a change to my account in error.
I purchased a change to my account not knowing I was upgrading to a different service, one I didn't need and that I purchased in error. I immediately contacted pdfFiller and spoke to Kara. I explained my situation, and within minutes, she reverted my account back to the basic service and issued me a refund for the difference. She was extremely helpful and I'm extremely satisfied.

What do you like best?
That I can mark up any pdf or create 1 new document from several. Also digital signatures, I work remotely and need this! Being remote, I need to be able to create or sign a form from anywhere and I can easily with pdf filler. I love the share feature as well, I can work on my end and my co-workers will have it almost instantly without having to print, scan and email. I work remotely, almost all from my laptop with no printer. This allows me to work from my phone or tablet seamlessly as well.
What do you dislike?
Not much, no complaints yet. Maybe the layout? Like where everything is, I click on the documents and then you have to specify where something is. Maybe a more organized folder system? When I share them, they should all be in the share folder, but for some reason, they're not always there. I am a very organized person and like everything in its own folder or file. I'd like a way to save everything to its own file and be able to find them quickly and easily.

This is a great program, especially if you work remotely, highly recommend it!

1099 tax reports, our software only supports e-file and we are so small that we don't have that. I also love the share part, I'm able to work on my end, share it with my co-workers and they can have it almost instantly without printing and scanning, etc. I also love that I can take a few different documents and combine them to one, that is a great feature!

Filling out a Federal claim form, but people were sending me versions (Word, PDF, etc.) and they were all junk...not very professional looking. Lots of problems with layout, font size. Found this pdfFiller and I completed the form in a matter of minutes (struggled for hours with the others).

This has been a great for filling my forms
This has been a great help with the forms I am currently working with. It does sometimes freeze but usually if I close the program and reopen, it works fine.

Even though I didn’t use their website
Even though I didn’t use their website, I am very satisfied with the customer service. I have subscribed and forgot about it and it took the money from my account. I contacted customer support and my issue was solved in less than a minute! If anyone has the same problem, don’t worry, just contact them and they’ll help! :)
