I like the program It is not too complicated. The monthly fee is a bit too high I am not certain that I will be able to keep it past the free trial period. $20 per month is way off the mark; unless you have lots of cash flow. Just seems like $6-$8 per month would be more in line with the value of the product.

ease of use could be a little better
The signature feature is wonderful. Tabbing around the form is easy. It makes signing documents very convenient instead of having to print them out and sign and fax or send back.
It seems like each time I try to do something new, it costs extra. Example is signatures. Only holds 3 signatures.

It's diffcult to make some changes or fix mistakes. I have notice that it is had to find a blank form. So if you need to file say 2 941 forms. I couldn't just choose another 941 form from menu. I had to use one of my saved forms or let the site and choose to file 941 and log back in

I have used PDFfiller and it is a great time saver. By making any form to a can be filled. form online.. Its great to find a form that I need , but its not fillable, this fixs that... Their customer service is great, helped me the fist call..

How do I change USB from charging to transfer?
Generally, whenever you connect the USB the phone is in USB charging mode by default. To change to any other mode (file transfer mode in your case), go to the notification pane where a notification would tell you that USB is connected and charging. Tap on it and select the MTP or file transfer mode.

How do I change my USB connection mode?
With Developer Options enabled, go to the Settings app and tap Developer Options. Scroll down to the Networking section of settings, and you will see the 'Select USB Configuration' option. Tap it and select the default type that you want to set. Connect your device to your PC and wait.
