I had trouble with printing but being the stubborn person I am, I did not request help. I did manage to print after a while. When I did complain, they listened and made a correction on the bill. I'm quite happy with the program now.

Easy to use -- several format/file extension options for saving and ability to link with cloud and sharing platforms makes this so versatile. Having the option to save a filled form as a template is very helpful. The customization and array of options is allowing me to complete tasks, for which I previously needed multiple programs.

The "Draw" tool needs to have an option to match the color on the picture or PDF page so when you're drawing you don't mess up your picture so bad!

I large amount of relevant templates, especially the collection of tax and business documents.
After searching all over for a form builder, a template library, and a document signing tool, it was so satisfying to stumble across a site that can be all three, do it well, and even be affordable to use!

Product outperformed other PDF software for my needs at the time! Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future! I like that all certificates on Insurance are in the same place, easy to find and I like the ability to duplicate certs

How do I resize a photo resolution?
Choose Image > Image Size. Change the print dimensions, image resolution, or both: To maintain the current ratio of image width to image height, select Constrain Proportions. Under Document Size, enter new values for the height and width. For Resolution, enter a new value.
How do I resize an image?
Open the folder that holds the picture you want to resize. Right-click on the thumbnail of the picture you want to edit. A dropdown menu will appear. Select Resize Pictures from the menu. Select the size that you want the photo to be (small, medium, large or handheld PC) and click OK.
How do I resize a JPEG image?
Open the image in Paint. Select the entire image using the Select button in the Home tab and choose Select All. Open the Resize and Skew window by navigating to the Home tab and selecting the Resize button. Use the Resize fields to change the size of the image either by percentage or by pixels.
