Overall a great product. My only qualm with the software is the picture quality of the pages displayed when a user is selecting pages to "save as." The images are not clear enough for anyone to distinguish pages. A zoom function would be much appreciated.

I just started, I also using Dochub for electronic signing.
Your features of creating folders and unlimited storage is great.
Sending documents to mobile phone is a great feature.

Difficulty in locating fillable standard forms. I haven't been able to figure out how to "uncheck" or u"un-cross" out a box, it erases the entire box.

Great Product
Great Product. I work in a small office. This program is just enough to make great forms for applications and requests. It is easy to use and makes my documents look professional.

Payment issue dealt with swiftly
After both my cards being declined to register my subscription, I went onto the online support chat. Kara was super helpful and quick to deal with my issue - very professional and friendly. I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed.
I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature.
I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.

How do I reduce the size of my signature?
JPG format by using Save As option in the File menu and size can be reduced below 50 KB(photograph) & 20 KB(signature) by using crop and then resize option (Please see point (i) & (ii) above for the pixel size) in the Image menu.
