Some elements of the interface gets a bit busy. It ends up leaving me with a somewhat small visual operating space. It is worth mentioning, though, that this has improved a bit in the last six months or so.

Paul was fantastic
Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. I am extremely grateful to him for resolving this issue.

Ease of use and broadness of applicability.
What do you dislike?
Its ease of use and broad applicability trumps any minor issues. I am not aware of any significant issues encountered. I evidently need to keep typing, because I'm not able to finish this task otherwise.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Being able to fill in PDF's without using more expensive solutions. Also used to authenticate signatures in various ventures. Comes in extremely handy actually.

I needed to print out the forms for a passport. PDFiller was where I was sent to do this. Perfect! I am an 83 year old senior and using a filler is not going to be a part of my life. I need to cancel my 30 day free trial. Please help me to do this. It appears that you have a very successful business, with good reason. How do I make a PDF file smaller, so I can upload it?
Locate the PDF file you want to make smaller.
Click on and hold the PDF file.
Drag the PDF file to the Drop PDF here icon on the screen. The file will upload and begin compressing.
Scroll down and click on Download File Now. ...
Select the location where you'd like to save the file.
Click on Save.
How do I make a file smaller to upload?
Locate the file or folder that you want to compress.
Right-click the file or folder, point to Send to, and then click Compressed (zipped) folder.
A new compressed folder is created in the same location. To rename it, right-click the folder, click Rename, and then type the new name.
