I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. It was really easy to fill out the forms and print them. Normally, I wouldn't spend money for this type of service, as I can just print the PDF document from the internet. This time, however, I just didn't want to have to write all the information. Also, if I wanted to make changes, I loved that I could change any field and not have to write over it (as I would have otherwise).

I edit a lot (A LOT) of PDF documents. I love that I can edit, fill, sign from anywhere - on the go, on my phone, in the car, in the hotel. I can get it done and quickly. One of my most used tools hands down.
I would like to see the website redesigned to be slightly more user friendly.
