I am just getting started. I am happy with the forms - only done one but in a panic- and you all came through. However, I signed up for the monthly plan and I got a bill saying the amount was $180 - the annual amount.How can I verify that I signed up and will be billed monthly at $15.00? This is a very useful program to me in my work. I can easily send documents to be filled in by customers, easy to use and easy to navigate.
I do not have any cons with this program, if you are not utilizing this you should be. It is highly useful and functional

Very helpful to be able to type into…
Very helpful to be able to type into pdf docs. I did originally find it difficult to work out how to save and print the documents. Eventually I saw the little down arrow which had the options there. Thanks.

Even Adobe editor couldn't help
I needed to change one document and even adobe software couldn't help. The only possible way was to sign up for a free trial. I forgot to end the trial and when I was charged, I contacted the support centre and they return me my money straight away. Very happy with the product and their support service. Would be happy for an option to pay for a single-use, as I'm editing pdf files only a few times per year.
